The pharmacist plays a pivotal role in the health care system. The role of pharmacist is expanding from a compounder to a researcher and a patient counselor. Pharmaceutical industry has shown tremendous growth rate in India in last few years. Many Indian pharmaceutical companies are now becoming global leaders in pharmaceutical market. It is one of the few professions which has shown significant growth rate even in the time of recession. The pharma field has a perpetual succession. The Pharma industry is an ever growing industry and every day new developments with respect to the pharmaceutical technology are evident. Today, a new era of clinical research has opened many new career opportunities for the budding pharmacist.
College of Pharmacy, Sakegaon-Bhusawal was established under the auspices of Kai Yashodabai Dagadu Saraf Charitable Trust and it has created its own forte in the educational arena around Jalgaon in a very small span and is branded as a premier educational hub.
College of Pharmacy, Sakegaon-Bhusawal founded in 2007. The motto being “Racing ahead is our routine emerging topmost pharmacy college is our beginning.” The aim is to spawn young Pharmacists with a flare of professional attitude and thorough subject knowledge who would be an asset to the profession of pharmacy.
